Refund Policy


We stand behind every flag we build. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right. But because every flag is handmade to order, we ask that you read this carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item. Every flag is built specifically for your order — it cannot be resold or returned to inventory.

We Will Issue a Refund If:

  • Your flag arrives visibly damaged — you must email us a clear photo within 7 days of delivery
  • Your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
  • You received the wrong item

In any of these cases, contact us at vertebraeshop@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Requests made outside this window will not be eligible for a refund.

What We Need From You

To process any refund or replacement claim we require:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted without this information will not be processed until all required details are provided.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not refund shipping costs under any circumstances.
